In a joint venture with The Brennan Pohle Group, Next Space Development is completely renovating the 2 two-story buildings’ studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. From top-to-bottom, inside and out, each unit will be smartly refurbished and appointed with modern appliances and designer finishes. This year-long renovation is a collaboration between a team of architects, construction and real estate management experts committed to delivering best-in-class value to each resident.
