San Diego-based Next Space Development Realty Inc. (“Next Space”) was founded in 2014 by Rudy Medina and Richard Simis. The company specializes in coastal infill residential and mix-use development projects throughout San Diego County. Utilizing a combined 60 years of owning, developing and managing properties Next Space has completed approximately $1 billion of in-house and third-party development projects.
Next Space is currently focused on existing and proposed multi-family properties in the in-fill coastal core, “A” rated locations for residential and mixed-use development opportunities.
