Located at 6253 – 6273 Montézuma Road, MONTÉ is a unique multifamily housing project designed to provide best-in-class accommodations for students at San Diego State University (SDSU).

The College Area community is projected to more than double in population over the next 15 years. A large portion of this growth will include students, but high growth rates are projected among all age groups. The implications of this growth are broad. The community must accommodate a large increase in new housing units to meet this growth. It also implies increasing traffic and its carbon footprint, at a time when everyone must face up to climate change. Fortunately, the area is well-served by mass transit, especially by the trolley and bus transit center on the south edge of the SDSU campus.
